How to contact support, obtain your account data or request permanent account deletion.

Email hi@jhoshnamedia.in. Include your player name and permanent player code, but never send your password.
Export your information
Logged-in players can use Export My Data in the account menu. The export may include profile details, game history, puzzle progress, posts and reports connected to the account.
Correct information
Use Player Profile to edit your display name, country, location and biography. Contact support if other account information must be corrected.
Delete account
Use Delete Account in the account menu and confirm the permanent action. Active sessions are closed. Certain limited records may be retained when necessary for legal obligations, fraud prevention, fair-play investigations or resolving disputes; retained records will be restricted to those purposes.
Grievance handling
Describe the issue, relevant date and requested resolution in an email to hi@jhoshnamedia.in. We will acknowledge and address valid requests within a reasonable period required by applicable law.
