Core chess play is currently offered without a purchase. Therefore, no payment cancellation or refund applies to ordinary free games.
Future paid products
If subscriptions, paid tournaments or other purchases are introduced, the price, duration, renewal, cancellation and refund terms will be shown before payment. Those transaction-specific terms will supplement this policy.
Duplicate or unauthorized payment
If a future payment is duplicated or unauthorized, contact hi@jhoshnamedia.in promptly with the transaction reference. Eligible refunds will be returned through the original payment method, subject to provider processing time and applicable law.
Competitive disqualification
Entry fees, if introduced, may be non-refundable after an event starts or when a player is removed for a proven rule violation, provided this condition is clearly disclosed before entry and allowed by applicable law.
